Spa Etiquette
Arrival Time
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before any massage, facial, or body treatment (within our operating hours) to give yourself time to relax in our lounge and prepare for your service. For all other treatments, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
If your massage, facial, or body treatment is scheduled at our opening time, you are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before we open so you have time to change and settle in. You may enjoy our amenities after your treatment.
Please note that all treatments will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival, to ensure the next appointments begin promptly.
Guests
Only guests receiving treatments are allowed in the spa. This does not apply to guests with disabilities who need assistance. Guests under the age of 18 need the consent of an adult to receive treatments. Identification may be asked to confirm age eligibility.
What to Wear
Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience. Our therapists are trained on proper draping procedures for your privacy. However, you may opt to wear undergarments during treatments.
Treatments performed in the nail bar & all services under “Beauty” & “Body Work” in our service menu do not include robe service. Please wear loose fitting pants for any foot/leg treatments performed in the nail bar.
Sauna Use
The sauna is a mixed-gender, shared-use amenity that is complimentary ONLY to any 60-minute massage, facial or body treatment.
Please respect all guests in the sauna. Clothing is required at all times. Please use a clean towel from the change rooms to sit or lie down on. No exercise or personal grooming is allowed in the sauna. Smoking & Vaping are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the entire spa.
Decorum
For the safety of all guests and employees, professional and appropriate behaviour is required at all times. We will not tolerate harassment or aggression behaviour from anyone. We want to maintain a safe and respectful space for everyone at all times.
We strive to offer our guests a tranquil and relaxing escape from all distractions. Please put cellphones and other electronic devices in silent mode while in the spa.
Please refrain from using cellphones during a treatment. This disrupts the flow of the treatment and may result in a less effective service.
Personal Belongings
Guests can put personal belongings in our lockers. Excess personal belongings that are not in use, i.e. large bags, extra jackets, etc need to be in lockers and not in the lounge in order to maintain an uncluttered space for all of our guests.
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in the menu prices and are left at your discretion.
