How do I book an appointment?
Booking your spa experience is simple and convenient. We use Vagaro as our online booking system. You can book your appointment directly through our website , via the Vagaro app, or by calling us at 780.760.7011.
Please note: Couple’s treatments and spa packages must be booked over the phone to ensure proper coordination and availability.
How far in advance should I schedule my service?
We recommend booking your service as early as possible to ensure your preferred date and time. Weekends trend to book up 2-3 weeks in advance, while weekdays usually book up about a week ahead.
Please keep in mind that these timelines can vary depending on the season— peak times like the holiday season tend to book up even faster.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit for the following bookings:
Spa packages
Spa bookings involving 3 or more people
Bookings that include 3 or more services
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or modifications. Changes made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation/modification fee.
No-show services will be charged the full treatment fee, and guests who miss their service without notice will be required to prepay for their next visit.
